Returns must be approved by Advantage Signs & Graphics. If a product is found to be defective by Advantage Signs & Graphics a new one will be created and shipped. Refunds will proceed as described in "REFUNDS."
If you receive merchandise that is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If it is determined that we are at fault, we will have UPS pick up your entire project, recreate the job, and ship it back. You will only be charged for the initial order and no additional shipping charges. Credits or refunds will be for the amount of the product purchased. We will make things right.
